Membership Plan Highlights

Membership features zero out of pocket costs for all preventative care and savings based on dental needs. See below for quick fact information and a breakdown of plan options. We understand that choosing between insurance or membership could be stressful and confusing. Our team members are available and willing to help guide anyone interested through the decision-making process.

Preventative care costs nothing.

This includes routine cleanings, check-ups, any necessary x-rays, and exams.

Savings do not have a set limit or maximum.

Every dental insurance plan has an annual maximum amount of money that they will contribute after which point, the patient needs to start paying out of pocket. The average maximum is $1,500 which leaves very little left towards treatment once preventative care has been “covered by insurance.” With our membership plan, savings are dictated by treatment needs that are diagnosed by the dentist.

There are no hardline exclusions.

Dental insurance plans will not cover certain things. Typical policy exclusions are Laser Therapy for periodontal disease or procedures that are considered cosmetic, like veneers. Our membership plan includes these things and in fact all treatment and services that we offer (even Botox and whitening), as determined by the dentist.

You can enroll or cancel anytime.

Unlike dental insurance, there is not a narrow and restrictive annual window that you can apply. You also are not stuck in a year-long contract should you choose the plan is not for you. The option to join (or opt out) of our subscription membership plan is always there for you.

These plans are for patients with basic cleanings and the absence of periodontal disease.

These plans are for patients enrolled in periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal disease.

Some other important facts to know:

  • You do not need to enroll in our subscription membership plan to be a patient at our practice. We will process dental insurance claims and check benefit information to the best of our ability as a courtesy.
  • Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, although they cannot be used to pay for insurance premiums, can be used to pay for our membership plan.
  • Due to contractual insurance agreements, patients are not allowed to be enrolled in a subscription membership plan and insurance plan simultaneously.
